Overview
FaroVida Behavioral Health seeks a Massachusetts-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient psychiatric care via telehealth on a flexible part-time basis. This role focuses on expanding an existing patient panel without requiring clinicians to generate or market their own patients.
What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth
- 2Diagnose and treat adult behavioral health conditions
- 3Develop individualized treatment plans
- 4Provide psychiatric medication management
- 5Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
- 6Monitor treatment effectiveness and patient progress
- 7Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- 8Coordinate care with therapists and other healthcare professionals
- 9Participate in collaborative clinical discussions
- 10Practice independently within Massachusetts law
Requirements10
- 1Active Massachusetts APRN license
- 2Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification
- 3Current DEA registration for controlled substances
- 4Ability to provide telehealth services in Massachusetts
- 5Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- 6Commitment to evidence-based patient-centered care
- 72+ years of psychiatric prescribing experience
- 8Outpatient psychiatric experience
- 9Telehealth experience
- 10Experience treating adults with common psychiatric conditions
