What You'll Do6
- 1Ensure daily safety and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in your assigned classroom.
- 2Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum based on NAEYC guidelines.
- 3Curate programs and activities that respond to children's interests and individual learning styles.
- 4Maintain a warm, clean environment that encourages exploration and growth.
- 5Partner with families to create tailored care and education plans for each child.
- 6Deliver clear, consistent communication to parents and guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences.
Requirements6
- 1Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 21 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
- 3Strong customer service skills for engaging with families and staff.
- 4Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic classroom setting.
- 5Ability to work within regular operating hours, including opening or closing shifts.
- 6Must meet state criteria for child care employment, including background checks and training.
