We seek a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to lead property operations at Magnolia Property Company. This full-time role offers competitive compensation in Austin TX. What You'll Do11
- 1Schedule and maintain daily work orders while delegating tasks to maintenance staff
- 2Review property budgets and coordinate weekly with Property Manager
- 3Plan monthly Make-Ready schedules and quarterly preventative maintenance
- 4Manage on-call emergency schedules for evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical plumbing systems cost-effectively
- 6Implement improvements for HVAC electrical and plumbing efficiency
- 7Conduct engineering maintenance analysis and repairs
- 8Monitor operating conditions of building systems and follow up with customers
- 9Escalate issues to Property Management as needed
- 10Foster energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives
- 11Administer safety and environmental programs including training
Requirements10
- 15+ years building maintenance experience
- 2HVAC certification required
- 3Comfortable with Spark Airflow and Python
- 4Proficiency in AWS certified solutions
- 5Ability to commute to Austin TX 78752 location
- 6Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems
- 7Understanding of water drainage compressed air and gas systems
- 8Experience with hand tools and building control systems
- 9Effective oral and written communication skills
- 10First Aid and safety procedure certification
