The Lead Investigator Global Security at AT&T Services protects customers employees and critical infrastructure from emerging threats. This role leads real-time incident responses and internal external investigations across domestic and international domains. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead real-time responses to evolving incidents and conduct internal and external investigations of critical events
- 2Collaborate with business unit teams to direct investigative actions develop policies and implement security measures
- 3Perform digital forensics vulnerability assessments business continuity planning and intelligence gathering
- 4Act as primary liaison with law enforcement agencies and support security product recommendations
- 5Manage diverse case assignments including organized retail crime investigations and executive protection logistics
- 6Respond 24/7 to incidents providing physical and virtual immediate response
- 7Assist executive protection team with personnel security logistics and event management
- 8Provide courtroom testimony as expert witness presenting findings in legal proceedings
- 9Handle highly confidential information requiring security clearance
Requirements6
- 1Advanced-level investigative skills protecting global operations and critical assets
- 2Bachelor’s or advanced degree in criminal justice cybersecurity business administration or equivalent experience
- 35-7 years of investigative experience
- 4Strong written verbal communication skills and self-confidence
- 5Valid driver’s license
- 6Preferred certification: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
