What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes and address organizational challenges
- 2Lead and mentor business analyst teams in conducting detailed process analysis and system assessments
- 3Analyze business operations and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- 4Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- 5Support clients with analytical research to align policies procedures and business needs with configured functionality
- 6Apply Agile methodology to write user stories plan and monitor development and deployment progress and demonstrate delivered functionality
- 7Support testing and reconciliation from the functional business process perspective
- 8Deliver high-quality written reports process documentation and engaging client presentations
- 9Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- 10Support proposal development client relationship management and business development efforts
- 11Implement payroll or HCM software configure test and validate functionality
Requirements11
- 1Undergraduate degree and 5 to 8 years of professional experience in management consulting
- 2Current certification in CBAP CSM PMI-PBA or PMP
- 3In-depth knowledge of HR payroll processes
- 4Prior experience implementing payroll or HCM software including system configuration and testing
- 5Experience using ALM software JIRA DevOps ELM
- 6Demonstrated ability to lead and coach within a matrixed environment
- 7Strong experience working with public sector clients
- 8Excellent analytical thinking attention to detail and quantitative skills
- 9Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Self-motivated flexible and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- 11Consistent record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
