Federal Government contractor seeks experienced PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll functional consultant. Responsible for analysis support and maintenance of HCM and Payroll functionality focusing on business processes usability and accuracy. Requires strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Elicit and document requirements from functional users and subject matter experts
- 2Review analyze define and document business functions and processes
- 3Translate customer requirements into application specific processes and documentation
- 4Develop maintain requirement documents including business process workflows functional requirements and traceability matrices
- 5Review proposed functional configurations for product modules
- 6Meet deadlines manage multiple priorities
- 7Communicate effectively in team oriented environment
- 8Apply HCM knowledge develop business processes and procedures
- 9Possess high attention to detail organize and communicate effectively
- 10Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.x
- 11Functional experience with HR Benefits Time and Labor and ESS/MSS modules

- 1Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
- 28+ years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x
- 3High level of attention to detail organized and communicative
- 4Strong written verbal and listening skills
- 5Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- 6Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 federal functionality especially HR Benefits Time and Labor and Self Service
- 7Team player adaptable to dynamic government environment
- 8US citizenship and ability to obtain US Courts background investigation
