What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure all crew members wow customers through personalized interactions
- 2Train associates on the B.E.S.T. customer service framework
- 3Oversee daily operations including staff management and customer service
- 4Manage complete store opening and closing procedures
- 5Support comprehensive onboarding and continuous training initiatives
- 6Drive sales performance through strategic merchandising and expense control
- 7Perform essential store maintenance tasks
- 8Operate cash registers and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- 9Climb ladders and perform physical tasks requiring strength
- 10Maintain accurate communication across multiple channels
- 11Work flexible hours including potential overnight shifts
Requirements10
- 1High school graduate or college experience preferred
- 2Minimum one year management experience
- 3Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 4Ability to multitask and think creatively
- 5Composure under pressure
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Expertise in AWS Certified solutions
- 8Proven track record in retail leadership
- 9Valid driver's license
- 10Background check clearance
