What You'll Do11
- 1Design, develop, deploy, and manage data architectures, strategies, and governance frameworks
- 2Build, integrate, and maintain data platforms including lakes warehouses marts hubs knowledge graphs
- 3Plan and develop data structures for operational graph transactional and spatial data
- 4Translate business needs into long-term data architecture solutions
- 5Define and implement conceptual logical and physical data modeling concepts tools
- 6Develop strategies for data acquisition archive recovery and metadata management
- 7Enhance data dictionaries catalogs and repositories aligned with enterprise standards
- 8Support data engineering integration pipelines interface control documents
- 9Validate SoS interface designs against data dictionaries and lineage work products
- 10Collaborate with architects engineers and application teams to identify storage solutions
- 11Educate and mentor junior staff on data architecture best practices
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in CS Information Systems Data Engineering or related field
- 210-14 years experience in data architecture governance
- 3Expert experience designing enterprise data architectures governance frameworks
- 4Strong conceptual logical and physical data modeling skills
- 5Proven track record building data lakes warehouses marts hubs knowledge graphs at scale
- 6Background in data pipelines data integration and ETL patterns
- 7Knowledge of data quality lineage metadata management and governance
- 8Certifications such as AWS Certified Data Engineer or similar recognized credentials
- 9Familiarity with federal statistical data programs and real-time processing solutions
- 10Ability to communicate effectively with government stakeholders
