Lead Customer Service Rep, Retail & Food Program
Overview
You will own store operations and shift leadership at a high-volume Circle K, directing a team of 2-5 associates to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain Circle K standards. You will run the register, lead the food program, and manage store appearance inside and out. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers, run the register, and process cashier transactions with POS accuracy.
- 2Make purchase suggestions and upsell products to increase basket size.
- 3Lead shifts on a regular basis, supervising a team of 2-5 employees and assigning tasks.
- 4Work with the food program, preparing and serving food items per Circle K guidelines.
- 5Maintain store appearance by cleaning, stocking, and organizing shelves and displays.
- 6Ensure fast and friendly service, resolving customer issues and answering questions.
- 7Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, including flexible days, evenings, and weekends.
- 8Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily goals and meet Circle K performance metrics.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of retail or customer service experience, including cashiering or sales associate duties.
- 2Entry-level management experience with ability to lead a team and handle shift supervision.
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- 5Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
- 6Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level occasionally.
- 7Ability to push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force.
- 8Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift.
- 9Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials.
