Customer Service Representative, Retail & Cashiering
Overview
You will own the customer experience at a high-volume Circle K store, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and keeping the store spotless. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers warmly and run the register with accuracy, handling cash and card payments.
- 2Suggest purchases and promote specials to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- 3Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, facing products, and cleaning inside and out.
- 4Prepare and serve food items as part of the food program, following safety and quality standards.
- 5Provide fast, friendly service while multitasking during peak hours, like morning coffee rushes.
- 6Collaborate with teammates to complete daily store tasks and meet sales goals.
- 7Solve on-the-spot issues, such as price discrepancies or customer complaints, with creative solutions.
- 8Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
Requirements8
- 1Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- 2Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- 3Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
- 4Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- 5Push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force.
- 6Bend, twist, and reach for up to 1 hour per shift, including climbing a ladder to access inventory.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
