Lead Custodian Elementary
Overview
Supervise campus custodial operations and ensure safe cleanliness efficient building operations and grounds at Clear Creek ISD. Lead custodial team align activities with district mission and strategic plan.
What You'll Do25
- 1Monitor and direct custodians at assigned campus
- 2Assist in scheduling and training custodians
- 3Plan and oversee all custodial work maintain safety cleanliness efficiency
- 4Track timecards of all custodial employees
- 5Maintain inventory and order supplies from operations department
- 6Promote safety and security of building ensure fire safety health comfort
- 7Strive to advance district energy management and IPM programs
- 8Perform emergency repairs and minor cleaning services as needed
- 9Keep premises neat including sidewalks driveways and play areas
- 10Check daily exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy hours
- 11Support district and community events custodially
- 12Participate in Standard Reunification Protocol as directed
- 13Be available for after-hours demands

Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
