What You'll Do11
- 1Craft consistent high-quality espresso and coffee drinks

- 3Drive sales at the counter recommending pastries upselling and promoting specials
- 4Take orders and process payments quickly on POS/register
- 5Package bakery items and fulfill in-person and pickup orders
- 6Maintain coffee station counter and seating clean stocked and inviting
- 7Set quality and hospitality standards for rest of counter team
- 8Prior barista experience with strong espresso and drink-making skills
- 9Natural salesperson friendly energetic and customer-focused
- 10Comfortable handling cash and POS/register
- 11Interest in growing into store-manager role over time

- 1NYC Food Protection Certificate a plus or willingness to obtain within 30 days
