
L1 Network Operations Engineer, DNS DHCP IPAM & Cisco Platforms
Overview
Own and manage network operations at scale across multiple locations. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP services with a focus on Cisco DNAC, R&S, and ISE environments. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and performance of network infrastructure. This role offers hands on engineering leadership with exposure to classic and evolving networking technologies and tools.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain network services and configurations for DNS DHCP IPAM across multiple sites
- 2Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows to reduce MTTR
- 3Lead network equipment provisioning and change management using Cisco DNAC and ISE
- 4Troubleshoot complex network incidents and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions
- 5Collaborate with security and engineering teams to harden and optimize network architecture
Requirements6
- 14+ years of network operations experience
- 2Experience with Cisco DNAC, R and S, and ISE
- 3CCNA or CCNP certification
- 4Knowledge of DNS DHCP IPAM and related networking concepts
- 5Willingness to work onsite in Seattle, Alpharetta, or Cincinnati
- 6Any engineering or science degree
