What You'll Do7
- 1Assist with food preparation tasks including slicing chopping and assembling ingredients following established recipes and safety standards
- 2Operate basic kitchen equipment such as mixers ovens and food processors safely and efficiently
- 3Maintain cleanliness of workstations utensils and kitchen appliances to uphold hygiene standards
- 4Support meal assembly and presentation according to menu specifications
- 5Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- 6Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of stock levels
- 7Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and smooth kitchen operations
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide
- 3Strong knowledge of food safety management and handling procedures
- 4Experience in food preparation cooking and operating kitchen equipment
- 5Familiarity with menu planning recipe adherence and meal assembly processes
- 6Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen team members
- 7Ability to perform knife skills slicing techniques and other culinary tasks with precision
- 8Knowledge of safety standards in food production environments including sanitation practices
- 9Catering or restaurant experience is a plus for understanding high-volume food service demands
- 10Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
