What You'll Do7
- 1Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing chopping and assembling ingredients following established recipes and procedures
- 2Operate kitchen equipment safely including mixers ovens knives and other culinary tools
- 3Maintain cleanliness of work areas by cleaning utensils surfaces and kitchen appliances regularly
- 4Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods
- 5Follow food safety protocols and handle food items properly to prevent contamination
- 6Aid in inventory management by organizing supplies and monitoring stock levels
- 7Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in a food service environment
- 3Familiarity with menu planning and food preparation techniques including slicing cooking and recipe adherence
- 4Strong knife skills and slicing techniques for efficient ingredient processing
- 5Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering services
- 6Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
