We seek an energetic prep cook to join our culinary team. You will assist in preparing meals while maintaining food safety standards. This role offers growth opportunities in food preparation and kitchen operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with food preparation tasks including slicing dicing portioning and assembling ingredients according to recipes and safety standards
- 2Support the culinary team in meal preparation ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
- 3Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including knives mixers ovens and other culinary tools
- 4Follow strict food handling procedures to uphold food safety management protocols
- 5Maintain cleanliness of workstations utensils and kitchen areas by adhering to cleaning schedules and sanitation guidelines
- 6Ensure compliance with safety standards in production processes and contribute to a safe working environment
- 7Demonstrate proven food service experience with knowledge of food industry practices
- 8Show familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- 9Provide catering experience as a plus showcasing ability to manage large-scale meal preparations
- 10Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members

Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in food service or restaurant environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified experience needed

$50 - $54k per year
