What You'll Do14
- 1Brings a passion for food and an energetic and fun attitude daily
- 2Prepares all required items for line in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls
- 3Follows and executes prep lists daily
- 4Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products in accordance with health and safety regulations
- 5Maintains policies and procedures to minimize food waste, theft, and ensures proper food storage, food requisitions, safety, and sanitation
- 6Cleans food preparation area and equipment after each use
- 7Communicates well with team members to ensure guests receive an extraordinary dining experience
- 8Provides a professional image at all times through proper Cinemark culinary attire
- 9Ensures standard operating procedures and all preventative maintenance safety sanitation are consistently achieved
- 10Consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high‑contact areas
- 11Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position‑specific tasks
- 12Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- 13Monitors safety and or security issues and reports them to management
- 14Performs other work‑related duties as assigned
Requirements14
- 1At least 16 years of age
- 2Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification health card or food handlers permit where required
- 3Team members who work with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training
- 4Availability for flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Regular and consistent attendance
- 6Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- 7Excellent guest service interpersonal skills verbal and written communication across ages genders and personalities
- 8Ability to converse in and comprehend English
- 9Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- 10Take and follow directions
- 11Responds with a sense of urgency
- 12Physical stamina for frequent bending kneeling lifting up to 50 lbs
- 13Frequent standing walking and reaching
- 14Endurance for standing positions for extended periods
