What You'll Do11

- 4Independently execute assigned production tasks Prepare menu items with minimal supervision Adjust quantities and follow batch recipes Accurately complete production records and temperature logs
- 5Apply proper cooking cooling and holding temperatures Understand allergen controls Report food safety concerns promptly Complete production records correctly
- 6Lead production for assigned menu components or stations Coordinate workflow with other cooks Ensure output accuracy and timeliness Troubleshoot minor production issues Support onboarding and coaching of newer team members
- 7Oversee daily production execution Plan workflow and assign tasks based on staffing Ensure menus meet standards and schedules Support supervisors with planning and problem-solving Lead training coaching and skill development
- 8Serve as point person for kitchen execution Demonstrate leadership through example Maintain composure in fast-paced environments Communicate effectively across shifts and teams Show readiness for increased responsibility
