The Keyholder oversees world‑class customer service POS sales facility security and merchandise processing at GICF retail stores. This leadership role ensures efficient cost‑effective operations maximizes profitability and expands training opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure 100% world‑class customer service
- 2Open and close registers assign POS drawers provide cashier change document absences and delegate duties
- 3Handle and process incoming donations
- 4Maintain loss prevention and risk management policies
- 5Keep facility neat clean organized and safe
- 6Assist with inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods
- 7Stay current on merchandise knowledge industry trends and competitive pricing
- 8Complete accurate statistical counts and daily cash reports as required
- 9Perform assigned duties within Guiding Principles and Core Values
- 10Participate in activities outside Goodwill
- 11Attend in‑service and related training as assigned
Requirements11
- 1Experience in a business setting preferred
- 2G.E.D. or high school diploma required
- 3Basic computer skills required
- 4Ability to lift up to forty pounds possibly heavier with assistance
- 5Manual dexterity for tagging and hanging clothes
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- 8Strong attendance record with no recurring issues
- 9Level 3 math ability and basic algebra geometry concepts
- 10Beginner knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook
- 11Two years retail experience one year supervisory experience preferred
