What You'll Do22
- 1Open and close store systems start-ups cash handling and prepare floor stock room
- 2Process returns voids refunds cash drops and provide change
- 3Greet customers offer assistance and resolve issues
- 4Model and share customer service best practices with team members
- 5Hold store keys and assist with vendor deliveries
- 6Register sales on assigned cash register track errors and voids
- 7Assist with order release reviews and reverse logistics
- 8Develop displays and manage promotional merchandise
- 9Maintain inventory accuracy across departments stockroom and overstock areas
- 10Follow Outdate program with team members
- 11Handle department pricing and daily price changes
- 12Ensure regulatory compliance for restricted products
- 13Perform bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers
- 14Assist with store maintenance and repair requests
- 15Separate food items and follow product placement policies
- 16Implement first in first out stock rotation
- 17Assist with pharmacy window duties as needed
- 18Bag checks and enforce company policies
- 19Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints
- 20Attend training and complete PPLs requested by manager
- 21Serve as liaison between management and staff
- 22Coordinate with warehouse and vendors for ordering processes
Requirements7
- 11 year leadership or retail key holder experience
- 2Fluent English reading writing speaking except in Puerto Rico
- 3PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required
- 4Basic qualifications one year prior leadership experience
- 5Experience with inventory control preferred
- 6Valid arrest record acceptable
- 7Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
