What You'll Do11
- 1Support delivery of Joint Staff certified WPS courses in National Capital Region and Combatant Commands as part of mobile training team including instructor support materials preparation and course logistics
- 2Maintain standardized WPS training modules covering PL 115-68 UNSCR 1325 and WPS informed sociocultural analysis
- 3Support WPS Focal Point network across Joint Staff and Combatant Commands through roster management onboarding sessions and recurring touchpoints
- 4Contribute research and drafting to sociocultural analysis products that inform planning exercises and security cooperation
- 5Support collection validation and analysis of implementation data for annual congressional and NATO reporting
- 6Administer course surveys compile after action inputs and draft summary reports following each delivery
- 7Prepare briefing materials and written products for senior military and civilian leadership
- 8Bold technology names: Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes

Requirements13
- 1Active final Top Secret clearance
- 2Bachelor's degree
- 3Minimum three years function related experience at operational or strategic level demonstrating understanding of DoD organization and operations
- 4Familiarity with joint doctrine strategic planning operational planning process or DoD security cooperation
- 5Ability to prepare and present materials to Flag Officers General Officers and SES level audiences
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 7Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS for course delivery and exercise support
- 8Experience supporting Joint Staff Combatant Command or Service headquarters
- 9Training delivery instructional design or adult education experience
- 10DoD or NATO certified WPS Advisor or WPS Focal Point certification or willingness to certify after hire
- 11Experience conducting sociocultural analysis or human security assessments
- 12Master's degree in behavioral science cultural studies sociology political science international relations or related discipline
- 13Military or prior federal service
