What You'll Do11
- 1Build maintain and stress-test financial models for acquisitions and corporate growth initiatives
- 2Conduct investment management and portfolio analytics across single-family rental assets
- 3Support fund-level strategic analysis including capital structure and investor reporting
- 4Analyze institutional investor queries and translate findings into actionable insights
- 5Lead screening and underwriting of strategic portfolio acquisitions and build-to-rent communities
- 6Track market and economic data to identify trends impacting the Single-Family Rental sector
- 7Prepare investment materials for portfolio reviews and executive leadership discussions
- 8Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with internal teams and third-party advisors
- 9Gather and reconcile data across systems ensuring numerical accuracy
- 10Manage competing deliverables while maintaining quality across all workflows
- 11Operate adaptably in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business economics finance or related field with strong analytical mindset
- 20-3 years relevant experience including investment banking consulting or corporate finance
- 3Expertise in Python AWS React Kubernetes and advanced Microsoft Excel
- 4Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver insights under pressure
