- 1Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows.
- 2Use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and stress-test IVR components.

- 4Integrate API-based tests with Postman or custom scripts for inbound/outbound call simulations.
- 5Develop and manage test cases, plans, and suites using QTest.
- 6Track defects, analyze test results, and report quality metrics.
- 7Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
- 8Work with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- 9Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to refining testing strategies.
- 10Ensure all test documentation is complete and adheres to industry standards.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- 2Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.

- 5Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
