Overview
You will own the test automation strategy for the client's AI-enabled products in New York City, leading testing efforts across multiple scrum teams. What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Cypress for AI features, reducing manual effort by 50% in the first quarter.
- 2Lead the QA automation effort across 3 scrum teams, setting standards and mentoring junior SDETs.
- 3Develop and execute automated regression suites within Jenkins pipelines, with Docker containers, to validate every deploy.
- 4Build Playwright end-to-end tests for critical user journeys, covering edge cases in AI responses.
- 5Integrate test scripts with pytest and JUnit into CI/CD, achieving 80% automated coverage.
- 6Own the test data setup for AI model validation, using SQL to create realistic datasets.
- 7Drive adoption of behavior-driven development with Cucumber, writing feature files in Gherkin.
- 8Report defects in Jira with detailed logs and screenshots, triaging with developers within 24 hours.

Requirements9
- 17+ years in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
