Ivalua Consultant - Sourcing Platform
Overview
You will own the configuration and integration of Ivalua for Meta's unified sourcing platform, a P1 initiative replacing fragmented pricing and negotiation processes. This role delivers IPL/Pricemaster automation, RPU automation, and ship-to rerouting capabilities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to remove manual touches from sourcing to PO execution. The impact is direct: driving the PO Automation Rate metric. This contract role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Ivalua modules for sourcing, pricing, and negotiation to support the unified platform.
- 2Build IPL/Pricemaster automation to manage integrated price lists and automate price updates.
- 3Design RPU automation workflows to streamline request-for-proposal and pricing processes.
- 4Implement ship-to rerouting logic within Ivalua to optimize order fulfillment.
- 5Integrate Ivalua with existing Meta systems using APIs and middleware.
- 6Debug integration issues and ensure data consistency across sourcing and PO execution.
- 7Drive the PO Automation Rate metric by reducing manual touchpoints in the sourcing lifecycle.
- 8Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align Ivalua capabilities with business needs.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in procurement technology or source-to-pay implementation.
- 2Hands-on Ivalua configuration and implementation expertise.
- 3Strong understanding of IPL/Pricemaster processes and automation.
- 4Experience with RPU (Request for Pricing) workflows and automation.
- 5Knowledge of system integration using APIs or ETL tools.
- 6Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across platforms.
- 7Experience in large enterprise environments with complex pricing structures.
