Ivalua Consultant, Sourcing Platform Integration
Overview
As an Ivalua Consultant, you will own the configuration and integration of Meta's unified sourcing platform, replacing fragmented pricing and negotiation processes. You will deliver IPL/Pricemaster automation, RPU automation, and ship-to rerouting, directly improving the PO Automation Rate metric. Collaborate with teams across Menlo Park, CA to remove manual steps from sourcing to PO execution, impacting a high-priority P1 initiative.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Ivalua platform modules to support integrated price list (IPL/Pricemaster) automation, ensuring seamless data flow from sourcing to purchase orders.
- 2Build and test automation for RPU (request for price update) to reduce manual touchpoints and accelerate the purchasing cycle.
- 3Implement ship-to rerouting capabilities within Ivalua, enabling accurate delivery destinations and reducing exception handling.
- 4Integrate Ivalua with existing Meta systems, using REST APIs and middleware to sync pricing, supplier, and purchase order data.
- 5Analyze sourcing workflows to identify automation opportunities, then drive execution to hit the PO Automation Rate target.
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document configurations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- 7Debug integration issues in Ivalua and related platforms, providing root cause analysis and fixes within SLAs.
- 8Drive end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT, to validate automation flows and ensure reliability before production rollout.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience configuring and integrating Ivalua platform, including IPL/Pricemaster and RPU modules.
- 2Proven track record of delivering sourcing automation projects in Procurement or Supply Chain domains.
- 3Strong Java or Python scripting skills for building custom integrations with Ivalua APIs.
- 4Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and middleware tools like Boomi or MuleSoft.
- 5Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems for purchase order data integration.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and propose scalable solutions.
