ITR Project Engineering Manager Seattle
Overview
Lead technical execution of Aero extended scope projects from proposal to completion. Own engineering and design across cross functional teams. Ensure alignment with ISO procedures and Lean principles. Support project manager on technical issues.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own execution of one or several projects from proposal preparation until contract closure
- 2Manage cross functional engineering team through ITR process
- 3Develop and monitor project schedule and budget
- 4Execute proposals kickoff schedule reviews and design freeze
- 5Track and resolve critical technical issues and action items
- 6Integrate customer schedules into overall project timeline
- 7Drive risk mitigation strategies using engineering judgment
- 8Provide technical support for installation commissioning and start-up
- 9Prepare comprehensive proposals and lead project technical reviews
- 10Enforce quality procedures and lead improvement initiatives
- 11Support PM on engineering technical matters
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 28+ years power plant engineering experience
- 3Proficiency with P6 Documentum and PDMS
- 4Master’s degree preferred
- 5Strong interpersonal skills across management levels
