Overview
Mac and Windows endpoint refresh expert sought to own large-scale device deployment in a healthcare enterprise. Lead imaging, configuration, migration, and support for end-user devices with JAMF and Workspace ONE. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant device operations and white-glove support for clinicians and staff. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deploy Apple Mac devices in a large enterprise, imaging and configuring for secure operation
- 2Utilise JAMF and Workspace ONE to enrol, configure, secure and manage endpoint devices
- 3Perform device refresh activities including replacements, migrations, data transfers, and onboarding
- 4Troubleshoot hardware software OS application and network issues across Mac and Windows platforms
- 5Support macOS and Windows 10/11 environments ensuring stable operation and security
- 6Coordinate large-scale refresh projects maintaining deployment schedules and milestones
- 7Stage inventory track deploy recover and document assets throughout the device lifecycle
- 8Create maintain and share technical documentation deployment procedures and knowledge base articles
- 9Deliver white-glove support to clinicians administrators and office staff during migrations and upgrades
- 10Escalate complex issues and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve problems
Requirements10
- 1Strong enterprise-level Mac support experience including deployment configuration and hardware support
- 2Experience with JAMF and or Workspace ONE for device enrolment software deployment policy management and endpoint administration
- 3Hands-on imaging provisioning deployment migration and refresh activities for large groups of users
- 4Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications
- 5Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- 6Strong hardware diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across desktops laptops and peripherals
- 7Experience tracking technology assets and maintaining deployment and inventory documentation
- 8Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills delivering white-glove support
- 9Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 103+ years of enterprise desktop support experience
