You will join a collaborative support team and interact daily with clinical staff and executives. This remote contract role (10-20% West Coast travel) offers exposure to Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and clear communication among non-technical users.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Document and respond to customer requests for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • 2Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems within the first 90 days, ensuring high-quality service.
  • 3Support users in a healthcare setting by troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware.
  • 4Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff, including clinical personnel.
  • 5Work independently to prioritize tasks across multiple facilities.
  • 6Travel up to 20% on the West Coast to provide on-site support as needed.

Requirements5

  • 14+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • 2Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • 3Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
  • 4Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
  • 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as required.
