Overview
You will own end-user support for a healthcare client, resolving hardware, software, and network issues across multiple facilities. 4+ years of IT experience in a large enterprise environment is required. You will join a collaborative support team and interact daily with clinical staff and executives. This remote contract role (10-20% West Coast travel) offers exposure to Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and clear communication among non-technical users.

Requirements5
- 14+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment.
- 2Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- 3Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
- 4Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as required.
