What You'll Do9
- 1Allocate maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
- 2Handle support requests and procedures across the network

- 5Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations
- 6Travel locally or regionally to provide on-site assistance

Requirements9
- 1Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems
- 2Proven ability in dynamic environments with strong customer service focus
- 31+ years supporting Windows Mac or Linux operating systems
- 4Physical stamina to stand walk and perform manual tasks during shifts
- 5Strong lifting capabilities up to 49 pounds
- 6CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- 7Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
- 8Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- 9Commitment to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
