Associate Technology Operations Coordinator
Overview
You will own L2 support for all associate-facing devices and technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and meeting room systems, serving thousands of users in corporate offices and stores. You join a dedicated IT team that values proactive problem-solving and automation. You will detect and resolve issues before they impact productivity, using tools like Datadog and 1E. What You'll Do10
- 1Troubleshoot and configure Windows and macOS laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals at L2 level.
- 2Diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, authentication tools, and collaboration platforms.
- 3Maintain meeting room gear: video conferencing, A/V systems, and wireless presentation tools for flawless meetings.
- 4Monitor with Datadog to detect and resolve issues before they affect end users.
- 5Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python and deploy solutions with 1E.
- 6Partner with L1 support to create documentation and self-help resources that reduce escalations.
- 7Own escalated incidents to resolution, run root cause analysis, and feed problem management.
- 8Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to fix cross-functional issues.
- 9Review support metrics and feedback to refine processes and tools.
- 10Cross-train teammates and share new knowledge to improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements12
- 13+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- 2Strong expertise with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- 3Skill with Datadog, 1E, Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
- 4Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting and automation.
- 5Familiarity with ITIL concepts: Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
- 6Support experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- 7Ability to diagnose complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- 8Strong documentation and knowledge sharing skills.
- 9Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- 10A+ certification preferred.
- 11Experience with enterprise conference room A/V and telepresence systems preferred.
- 12Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
