Overview
Own the full device lifecycle and IT operations for a health tech organization with a growing footprint in schools. Lead security posture, policy development, and vendor relationships to enable secure, reliable technology across users. Collaborate with a small but growing technology team and support client integrations as needed.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage device provisioning and de provisioning for new hires and departures
- 2Design and enforce security controls including endpoint protection and patch management to reduce risk
- 3Administer identity access and SaaS applications via JumpCloud and Google Workspace
- 4Develop IT policies and onboarding offboarding checklists to scale with growth
- 5Support HIPAA related safeguards and vendor/security reviews to meet compliance
- 6Assist with client facing technical integrations and setup within our software platform
- 7Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
- 8Maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- 9Lead efforts toward SOC 2 readiness and audit preparation
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience in IT support systems administration or infosec adjacent role
- 2Hands on experience provisioning devices and managing endpoints with JumpCloud Google Workspace Huntress
- 3Strong understanding of identity access management endpoint protection network basics and common threat vectors
- 4Experience administering Google Workspace Slack HR IT systems
- 5Comfortable working independently with strong communication skills in a startup environment
Salary Insight
$80 - $130k per year
