Overview
Own and lead day-to-day IT operations across a multi-location healthcare platform supporting clinical and administrative teams. Drive secure infrastructure, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and EHR support while enabling scalable technology solutions for patient care. Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategy with operational goals and growth.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain network infrastructure, workstations, and mobile devices to ensure 99.9% uptime across locations
- 2Design and enforce cybersecurity program including endpoint protection, MFA, backups, and incident response aligned with NIST CSF
- 3Oversee EHR and practice management system support, rollout, and migrations including automation tools
- 4Manage MSPs and vendors, monitor SLAs, contracts, renewals, and technology budgets
- 5Scale IT operations with documentation, disaster recovery plans, and training materials for staff
Requirements5
- 15+ years of IT management or senior systems administration experience
- 2Experience supporting multi-location organizations and remote clinical staff
- 3Healthcare IT experience and familiarity with HIPAA compliance
- 4Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, Defender
- 5Experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and disaster recovery
