What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and co-own technology project plans for Medical Brain deployments
- 2Engage with client IT leadership to assess network and cloud system intersections
- 3Collaborate with Clinical and Account Management Teams during initial deployment
- 4Coordinate technical projects and issue resolution with client IT teams
- 5Manage data interoperability capabilities and platform coordination
- 6Work with internal HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance teams and vendors
- 7Supervise a team of field engineers performing deployment activities
- 8Ensure alignment with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
- 9Maintain compliance with HIPAA HITRUST SOC 2 and other regulatory frameworks
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology from an accredited US university
- 27+ years of experience in healthcare software development or technology operations
- 3Deep understanding of EHRs PMs LIS CDS platforms within healthcare settings
- 4Proficiency with healthcare interoperability standards HL7 FHIR
- 5Experience with cybersecurity frameworks including HIPAA HITRUST SOC 2
- 6Strong leadership skills for software deployment projects
- 7Excellent interpersonal abilities for client and team collaboration
Salary Insight
$135 - $150k per year
