What You'll Do11
- 1Design implement and maintain local area network infrastructure including wired and wireless networks
- 2Establish and maintain robust network security protocols such as firewalls intrusion detection prevention systems and VPN configurations
- 3Procure configure deploy and maintain laptops desktops printers and other end‑user devices while managing inventory and software applications
- 4Implement and manage software deployment and patching processes for laptops ensuring compliance with security policies
- 5Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops providing timely support and managing user accounts and access rights
- 6Install configure and maintain local servers and storage solutions for lab operations and data management
- 7Integrate and manage cloud based services relevant to lab operations such as data storage and collaboration tools
- 8Serve as primary point of contact for all IT related queries from internal stakeholders providing solutions or escalations
- 9Develop and deliver comprehensive IT orientation sessions for new hires covering policies account setup and resource access
- 10Act as primary IT point of contact between Sunnyvale France and Abu Dhabi teams coordinating cross time zone communication and support
- 11Create and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure configurations procedures and orientation materials
