- 1Serve as the first point of contact for users and customers seeking technical assistance

Requirements7
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products
- 3Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 4Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related field
- 7Proven experience in an IT help desk or customer support role
