Overview
Own end-user PC and device support across multiple locations at scale. You will install, configure, diagnose, and repair hardware and software for store teams while traveling to sites as needed. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and repair computer hardware and peripherals at field sites to ensure uninterrupted operations
- 2Design and implement on-site software installations and OS upgrades for store teams and managers
- 3Lead remote and on-site troubleshooting to quickly restore network and Wi-Fi connectivity
- 4Ship deployments and replacements including POS equipment and network devices for new locations
- 5Drive knowledge sharing by documenting incidents, resolutions, and step-by-step end-user guidance
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s degree in computer science or related field or two+ years of relevant IT support experience
- 2Two or more years of IT support experience with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
- 3CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred
- 4Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts
- 5Ability to travel to multiple locations and work on-site as needed
