What You'll Do10
- 1Lead day-to-day IT operations ensuring reliable support and service delivery across the organization.

- 4Drive customer service accountability and continuous improvement within the IT team.
- 5Oversee infrastructure cloud services networks collaboration platforms and endpoint environments.
- 6Lead cybersecurity initiatives including risk management vulnerability management incident response and compliance.
- 7Ensure disaster recovery backup and business continuity capabilities are maintained and tested.
- 8Develop and maintain technology standards supporting reliability security and future growth.
- 9Oversee business applications productivity platforms Microsoft 365 Autodesk solutions engineering technology platforms project management systems collaboration tools and other enterprise apps.
- 10Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deploy approved AI platforms.
Requirements11
- 110+ years progressive IT experience including 5+ years at Director level leading teams managing infrastructure cybersecurity business systems and end-user support.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 3Proven experience expanding infrastructure for a growing company.
- 4Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing IT teams.
- 5Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Azure endpoint management identity access management and modern cybersecurity practices.
- 6Experience supporting disaster recovery programs with documented policies.
- 7Familiarity with enterprise risk management regulatory compliance business continuity planning and information security best practices.
- 8Ability to lead organizational change technology adoption and process transformation initiatives.
- 9Experience developing IT policies operational processes governance frameworks and service delivery standards.
- 10Strong project management communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 11Preferred experience supporting engineering architecture construction or professional services organizations.
