Overview
Own analysis and client deliverables for the Diversified Industrials Group at D.A. Davidson in Boston. You will work with senior bankers on M&A, IPOs, private placements, and advisory projects at a leading full‑service investment bank. What You'll Do6
- 1Build financial models to analyze client projects and transactions

Requirements10
- 11-3 years of experience in investment banking or related fields such as accounting, consulting, or corporate finance
- 2Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- 3Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 4Financial modeling and macroeconomic understanding
- 5Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 6Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and teamwork
- 7Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- 8Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends as needed
- 9Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and 63 licenses preferred but not required
- 10If missing licenses, willingness to obtain them upon hiring
