Overview
This remote consulting role invites seasoned investment bankers to help train AI systems that will operate in Fortune 500 deal environments. What You'll Do5
- 1Create realistic scenarios around $1B+ M&A transactions, including multi-party deal committees and intricate capital markets or regulatory review timelines.
- 2Develop tasks covering M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance, valuation, and financial modeling, as well as pitch and deal execution workflows.
- 3Design execution-focused problems that involve industry-standard tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet, plus enterprise modeling and deal-management platforms.
- 4Produce reference materials such as pitch books, valuation models, and board-level narratives that apply methodologies like DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.
- 5Write scoring rubrics that distinguish authentic banking judgment from generic, interview-style responses.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of experience in M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance at a bulge-bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Evercore, Lazard).
- 2Hands-on ownership of Fortune 500-scale deals, capital raises, or advisory mandates.
- 3Deep familiarity with investment banking tools, valuation approaches, and deal-process mechanics, including how SEC reviews, antitrust scrutiny, and legal/due diligence workflows operate in practice.
- 4Experience authoring rubrics, financial modeling curricula, or deal documentation is a bonus.
