What You'll Do5
- 1Develop realistic deal scenarios based on your professional experience, including quality-of-earnings studies, working capital and net debt adjustments, valuation models, and purchase price allocations.

- 3Provide concise written feedback that helps the AI model improve its approach to transaction and valuation tasks.
- 4Work independently and asynchronously with the research team to refine training materials.

Requirements5
- 1Professional background in transaction advisory (Big 4 or boutique TAS), corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
- 2Relevant certifications such as CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFA are a plus, especially for valuation-focused applicants.
- 3Direct experience owning quality-of-earnings, valuation, or deal models from start to finish.
