What You'll Do5
- 1Design realistic enterprise retail banking scenarios that reflect the scale, regulatory pressure, and operational complexity of Fortune 500 banks.
- 2Create evaluation tasks across mortgage, auto, and personal lending, as well as branch operations, digital banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, and customer retention strategies.
- 3Build scenarios that incorporate core banking platforms like FIS, Fiserv, and Temenos, plus loan origination systems, CRM tools, and fraud or AML monitoring platforms.
- 4Apply enterprise frameworks such as credit risk scoring models, CFPB and other regulatory standards, omnichannel service design, and KYC/AML protocols to produce reference lending policies, risk assessments, and executive-level narratives.
- 5Write rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise banking judgment from generic or exam-level recall, helping AI models learn the nuance of real banking decisions.
Requirements4
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in consumer lending, branch operations, credit risk, or compliance at a Fortune 500 retail bank like JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, or U.S. Bank.
- 2Direct ownership of large-scale lending portfolios, branch or digital banking operations, or regulatory compliance programs.
- 3Strong working knowledge of enterprise banking tools and frameworks, including how OCC, CFPB, and FDIC examinations, KYC/AML compliance, and credit risk governance operate in practice.
- 4Previous experience writing rubrics, banking training curricula, or policy/risk documentation is a plus.
