Lead the design and execution of inverter testing initiatives across diverse scales. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement inverter test methodologies for both low voltage and high voltage systems
- 2Fabricate and validate LV and HV wiring harnesses meeting stringent quality standards
- 3Assemble and integrate prototype inverter components following detailed schematics
- 4Interpret complex electrical and mechanical documentation to identify root causes
- 5Operate specialized laboratory equipment including thermal chambers and power cyclers
- 6Perform systematic troubleshooting and corrective actions on test system failures
- 7Conduct thorough teardown and maintenance of all test fixtures and equipment
- 8Manage laboratory operations including inventory control and calibration processes
- 9Ensure compliance with LOTO/ECPL and high-voltage safety regulations
- 10Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative testing solutions
- 11Maintain organized workspace and document all procedural improvements
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with associate degree preference
- 23+ years experience in R&D validation or test laboratory settings
- 32+ years specialized experience in LV/HV wiring harness fabrication
- 4Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- 5Strong knowledge of high voltage systems ranging from 50VDC to 1000VDC
- 6Familiarity with laboratory safety practices including LOTO/ECPL certification
- 7Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques
- 8Knowledge of GD&T principles and blueprint interpretation skills
- 9Proficiency with precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- 10Experience with both through-hole and surface mount technology soldering
- 11Demonstrated track record in precision assembly and testing
