Overview

- 1Design and implement inventory tracking solutions using Oracle Inventory
- 2Lead cycle counting initiatives to ensure accuracy and identify process improvements
- 3Execute receiving procedures with meticulous attention to detail and proper labeling
- 4Maintain 5S workplace standards and manage special handling of sensitive materials
- 5Assist with project assignments requiring cross-functional collaboration
- 6Monitor shelf life expiration dates and perform regular inventory audits
- 7Train new hires on material verification and order fulfillment processes
- 8Analyze inventory data to support replenishment decisions and optimize stock levels
- 9Implement safety protocols for warehouse operations and equipment usage
- 10Develop documentation for inventory procedures and compliance requirements
- 11Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely material replenishments
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with Oracle Inventory systems
- 23-5 seasons of hands-on warehouse operations experience
- 3Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project execution
- 4Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- 5Strong mathematical abilities for accurate calculations
- 6Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs with assistance
- 7Experience with physical warehouse environments including ladder use
- 8Knowledge of inventory management best practices
- 9Commitment to maintaining clean and organized storage spaces
