Overview
Wave3 Solutions seeks an Inventory Control Specialist at its Golden Valley MN headquarters. This full‑time onsite role runs Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pm. Compensation ranges $26 to $30 per hour based on experience. The specialist will own daily inventory management tasks while collaborating with warehouse production and supply chain teams. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
- 2Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes to resolve issues in a timely manner
- 3Complete system transactions including transfers adjustments and reconciliations across locations
- 4Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or warehouse management systems
- 5Support physical inventory processes including planning execution and reconciliation
- 6Review production schedules and shipping activity to ensure material availability
- 7Coordinate rework reclaim and slow‑moving inventory processes to optimize inventory health
- 8Apply Lean 5S or continuous improvement methodologies to enhance workflow
- 9Utilize ERP systems WMS platforms or inventory tracking tools
- 10Analyze data to identify trends and improve forecasting accuracy
- 11Lead initiatives that reduce waste and increase turnover rates
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross‑functional projects
- 35+ years experience with inventory control systems
- 42-5 years familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
- 5High attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation
