Inventory Control Specialist
Overview
Manage inventory records and coordinate physical inventory events. Oversee daily cycle counting and reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Analyze reports to identify trends and improve processes.

- 3Verify warehouse picks for correct part codes and quantities
- 4Validate production release information
- 5Enter data for inventory transactions and update databases
- 6Generate reports on inventory levels and variances
- 7Support warehouse and production areas to maintain smooth operations
- 8Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on process improvements
- 9Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control
- 2Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Associate degree preferred in relevant fields
- 4Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- 5Strong communication and analytical skills
- 6Familiarity with inventory databases and Microsoft Office
- 7Problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- 8Ability to work in smoke-free office and manufacturing environments
- 9Frequent sitting walking and standing
- 10Exposure to occasional dust cold heat and noise
