Inventory Control Analyst at Ulta Beauty
Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Assist on projects and perform user acceptance testing
- 2Analyze and reconcile store inventories cycle counts and adjustments
- 3Review and approve physical inventory results and chargebacks
- 4Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- 5Support Supply Chain and IT with issue resolution
- 6Maintain inventory sync process and reporting for distribution center
- 7Analyze shrink information and generate periodic reports
- 8Handle damages RTV issues and store transfers
- 9Onboard and train new hires creating inventory documentation
- 10Collaborate with district managers store managers and loss prevention
- 11Act as liaison with third-party inventory providers
Requirements10
- 1Undergraduate degree in accounting finance or business
- 23+ years relevant work experience
- 3Good communication writing and interpersonal skills
- 4Solid analytical skills and accounting knowledge
- 5Excellent organization and prioritization abilities
- 6Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- 7Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- 8Previous SAP experience a plus
- 9Teamwork and effective collaboration skills
- 10Hybrid work environment with occasional overtime
