What You'll Do17
- 1Promote accountability to meet store goals in services boutiques retail sales guest loyalty payroll omni-channel and shrink
- 2Drive profitability via operational excellence top-line sales growth and expense control
- 3Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and meet targets
- 4Address underperformance by developing strategies using company programs and resources
- 5Support direct reports in client relationship management and product demonstrations
- 6Stay current on industry trends to enhance guest service and product knowledge
- 7Maintain attendance and hold associates accountable to policies
- 8Build diverse teams through social media and efficient hiring practices
- 9Create an engaging environment that reflects Ulta’s brand values
- 10Develop inclusive spaces encouraging associate growth and engagement
- 11Facilitate professional development through training and coaching
- 12Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to boost APG metrics
- 13Ensure compliance with policies and infection control standards
- 14Use scheduling and task management tools to coordinate staff and operations
- 15Protect assets through loss prevention and proper inventory control
- 16Influence adoption of initiatives to improve store performance
- 17Communicate trends and operational challenges to field leadership
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred Cosmetology license and/or management license
- 22-3+ years retail management or relevant experience
- 3Financial management expertise driving sales and budget control
- 4Advanced cosmetology management skills including sales and regulations
- 5Retail management proficiency in inventory and service culture
- 6Leadership experience attracting and developing top talent
- 7Proficiency with POS systems Microsoft Office and Apple devices
- 8Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 9Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
- 10Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change
- 11Flexibility for flexible full-time schedules including holidays
- 12Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
