What You'll Do15
- 1Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to retail service sales guest loyalty credit payroll omni-channel and retail shrink
- 2Drive profitability via operational excellence top-line sales growth and expense control
- 3Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and complete omni-channel shipment replenishment markdowns and price changes on time
- 4Review analyze and act on financial and operational reporting including store visits audits
- 5Utilize company programs to improve store performance
- 6Perform makeup applications skincare analysis and product demos to boost sales and guest experience
- 7Stay current on industry trends products and services to inform guests
- 8Maintain attendance and hold associates accountable to Ulta policy
- 9Attract hire and retain diverse talent build an engaged team reflecting Ulta brand
- 10Create inclusive environment encouraging associate growth and development
- 11Support professional development through training coaching succession planning and individual plans
- 12Participate in Guest Engagement Leader program to drive APG metrics
- 13Ensure compliance with Ulta policies dress code and use scheduling and task management tools
- 14Execute inventory control processes handle theft reporting and adopt company initiatives
- 15Communicate business trends and operational challenges to field leadership

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail management experience
- 35+ years experience with CPC Card and BCBA
- 45+ years implementing omni-channel strategies
- 55+ years managing payroll budgets and scheduling
- 65+ years handling inventory adjustments and shrink
- 75+ years leading store teams in fast-paced environments
- 85+ years optimizing operational processes
- 95+ years driving revenue through pricing and promotions
- 105+ years supervising associates and conducting performance reviews
- 115+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams
