Overview
Inventory Administrator owns material tracking and procurement for data center construction in Taylor, Texas. What You'll Do10

- 2Prepare purchase requisitions and process purchase orders for construction materials daily

- 4Track material orders to guarantee timely delivery to project sites
- 5Monitor inventory levels and support reconciliation across multiple data center projects
- 6Support cost tracking and budget alignment, flagging variances to project managers
- 7Maintain accurate procurement records in accounting systems
- 8Assist with vendor communication and documentation for audit readiness
- 9Review invoices and prepare documentation for Accounting approval
- 10Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in procurement workflows
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 23-5 years in accounting, procurement, inventory management, or operations support
- 3Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas preferred)
- 5Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 6Strong organizational and communication skills
